The Peach State Poll, a highlight of the Survey and Research and
Data Services program, is an example of how surveys can play an
important role in helping shape decision making. The poll, conducted
quarterly, surveys Georgians on current public policy issues.
It provides valuable information about public opinion to policymakers
as they face important issues affecting Georgia's future. Each
survey targets two specific policy issues and includes a set of
general trend questions. Results are
released monthly to the media and on the Institute Web site.
